Small Game Carbine 22LR In the House!
Re: Small Game Carbine 22LR In the House!
Very nice "striping." What's the term around here: Zebra or Tiger stripes? Not run-of-the-mill, that's for sure. I'll snap a pic of my nice KNOT tomorrow. Need to get some good rubbin' goin' on at the range to make it pop out some more. Was just looking it over again, and the wood to metal fit and finish, to my untrained eye, it just spot on. Will include some of that detail tomorrow for the chorus to critique...

Appreciate the complement on my MO wood. Just happened my way; somehow they must have found out I'm a wood nut. Anyway, I've seen both animal names used to describe the pattern. Main thing is that they "run" through my SGC wood.....love it!
Glad you noticed how stellar the Henry fit & finish can be. Their craftsmanship is very, very good.
Canknot, errr, cannot wait to see your KNOT!

Appreciate that, RR.
The other day I was enjoying some of the first closeup photos I had taken of my SGC. Henry's stock pad just plain 'ole caught my eye, so I went for it.
