It's a Levy's sling . Nothing exotic about this one.
In fact this particular sling is the least expensive one I own...My other Levy's slings are twice the price and well worth it.
Having used Levy's slings for many years , I can tell you ,their quality is second too none.

I have a Small Game Carbine. It is Henry rifle model H001TLP.
Don't know how use of "SGC" came about, but we tend to do that.
