My Silver Boys

Post by NoFlyZone » Mon Feb 12, 2018 8:42 pm

Today I picked up a new "used" Henry. Here is my story.
I already have a Big Boy Silver in .357 and really like the look of it. I've been considering a Golden Boy or a Silver Boy in 22LR or 22mag. I was even shopping online this past weekend and looking at prices.
Well today I happened in to a local Pawn shop just looking around at old 22's. And there on the rack was a Silver Boy (H004S).
I'm not sure it's even been shot, if it has someone did an incredible job cleaning it. Anyway, their price was more than realistic for this rifle. I made and even lower offer and they took it, and so did I. Here are a couple pics of both my Silver Boys. The "New" 22LR is on the bottom

Beautiful is understated for that pair. The grain on the stock of the .357 is gorgeous.
