maintenance video

This video only runs for about a minute,then quits could it be I'm running the outdated windows 7! This only happens on the Henry site.

There is a menu system located just below the video screen to navigate to the next segment...

This is the menu from the H001 Video:

Introduction Disassembly Cleaning & Lubrication Reassembly Hammer Safety Loading & Unloading Sight & Scope Wrapping Up

After the "Introduction" segment ends, click on "Disassembly" to start the next segment.

Agree with CT after looking. There isnt any reason why they shouldnt play on Windows 7

I can confirm that the issue is not Windows 7. I'm still using it, too. Chrome is my default browser. When you're attempting to view the videos, does the menu for navigation shown below appear in your browser?

Yes,the Disassembly shows below,I'm still using internet explorer though,maybe that's the problem.

Probably. MS is notorious for coming up with proprietary coding. Try FireFox. I've never had a problem with it in over 20 years.

Got rid of internet explorer,switched to firefox now I can get video.
