I was able to fabricate a crude but effective mounting bracket for a hard rifle case like the one used on 4-wheelers .... it worked well for me .... still have that case and haven't used it in many years

Maybe you could post a picture of that case and bracket so Alex can copy it on his bike.

wish I could but I had that bike back in the late '60's and all I have is a memory
