Unfortunately the response appears very 'canned' and not directed to you personally or to specifically identify your issue.

'Very sorry to see this' could be applied to nearly any Henry owner who has sent pictures or a rifle in for service.

Most reviews I’ve seen on the Henry AR7 have been good. I think I’ve Just been unlucky. When the new barrel gets here, I’ll try it out and let everyone know how it does. But it might be a while. The weather here in Missouri is horrible and looks to remain lousy for a while.

Tried the new AR7 this morning. Put 48 rounds of CCI Mini Mags through it. Had a couple stovepipe jams.
Cleaned the gun well again and this time put a couple drops of oil on the extractor and worked it a little with my finger. Ran 48 more rounds, both round nose and hollow point. This time there were no malfunctions. Hope that continues in the future.
