A Special Thanks To A Great Forum Member - Wingnut!

Met up with Wingnut today who earlier offered to let me 'test fire' a couple Red Dots and low power scopes.
Well long story short but a 'Dot' is off the table. I do not get a clear, sharp image of the dot with my sight-restored right eye and it was very challenging to shoot with it and I experienced very poor accuracy.
The 1X scopes were great however and and I shot both his .308 Long Ranger and .45 Colt Big Boy steel better than I expected so my PCC will soon be 'wearing' a 1 - 4X 30MM scope.
Once again thank you Wingnut for your generosity and assistance in meeting up with me today!

It will 'clear up' once i get a 1-4 X on the PCC!

great to hear of our folks being able to link up and get to know each other personally .... your impressions of shooting with the Dots is appreciated .... I've experienced similar results

Yep - a couple mags out of his two ARs with the red dots was pretty decisive for me.....
