Buffalo Bore Heavy 44 Mag in BBS Carbine?

I have a box of BB .44 Mag 305 gr. LFN ammo rated at 1325 FPS. The COL is 1.625 so it should feed OK.
Would there be any leading issues at that speed or faster with the hard cast lead they use?
Anyone used BB ammo in their Henry?

Hey Forty, no help here on the BB's, but
I have run some 280 gr Bear tooth bullets through the 41 BBS with good accuracy.
I have a 320 gr 44 that I cast for my T-4's.
I want to work up a load for the 44 BBB, but haven't as of yet.
Maybe this thread will inspire me to do so.

I have some 300 gr. Missouri Bullets Hammers they call them .44 Mag but the 1.700 length is just a bit to long to cycle.
The Buffalo Bore 305 should feed OK. May just try a few and see how they do!

LFN ammo rated at 1325 FPS.
That is getting 'up there' - even for hard cast lead and that 1325 FPS number might be out of a handgun so a little faster out of your carbine.
If they are truly a 'hard' cast bullet you'll probably be OK. Heck shoot a few and check the bore.

Forty
I betting those bullets are Cast Performance bullets as that is what BB uses. If so Id bet they are gas checked.

I just brought some BB Outdoorsman to try in my Marlin .357 Carbine. From what I am reading, it shouldn't be a leading issue. But, I guess I will find out.
