Pretty good very recent video w/slo mo. Compares the old .45 ball and modern hollowpoints in gel and meat from the same M1911 and asks "How deadly is the .45acp?" If you like this combo of 1911 & .45acp as I do, you'll enjoy the video.

I got a renewed interest in the 45 acp and actually took my Kimber Eclipse out to the range and shot it after watching Longmire gun down a few outlaws
