Okay, I admit it, my mind goes to strange places at times. With the newly repaired hyper-spin pasting your clothes to the side of the drum what I saw was by using the Tool Time spring the drum itself spinning out of the machine, flying through the roof of your home and landing in the neighbors yard.

Yep that's why I just installed a scatter shield around it! Hopefully it will run for a good while. If not the next one will be a Speed Queen as they are built to last 25 yrs.

Wasn't that bad of a job until getting the assembly to slide back in smoothly and then just a bit of loud talking got it in!
