Henry Parts & accessories

Post by Grunt67 » Mon Jul 20, 2020 4:34 pm

Anyone else having trouble ordering parts from Henry? I've been trying to get a large loop lever for my H010 45/70. Keeps saying
"sold out". I emailed them a few weeks ago, she said they were expecting them in a few weeks. She said she would email me when they arrive. So far, no luck.

I did order a gun bag and a gun sling (as a Father's Day gift) a few weeks back. A lot of things were out. But, those two were available. As I recall, I received them within 5 days or so.

I ordered sling swivels from Henry. Received then in short order. This was about a month ago, maybe less.

I ordered a cap & mug, had no problem. Arrived quickly. Large loop lever for my rifle still out of stock. All other models in stock.
Don't know if my model is that popular or unpopular, LOL.

I would assume it would be due to popularity over unpopular. Hunting season is not far away, so could be guys getting their preferred hunting rifles ready early.....just a thought.

I expect you're right, Mark. I don't know if Henry makes these in house, or outsourced. Could be Covid has something shutdown or slowed. Seems each state, city , has a different set of rules, so......

Well, I emailed Henry again about the large loop lever for the H010 45/70. She said the same as last time " in a few weeks ". Also, asked if these were made in house or outsourced, no response on that. Oh, well...........
