I will most likely get a .357 lever rifle at some point. Can you order custom barrel lengths from Henry say like a 16.5 inch octagonal barrel on
a CCH Big Boy? 20 is OK but 16.5 would be handy.

You do know that is how it works? You get a current model and then an improved version comes out right after.
