Done by Tyler Gun Works Friona Texas Travlin. https://www.chuckhawks.com/henry_big-bo ... -case.html. Theres a little bit about it in this article.
That's great info on what extent Henry goes to for the CCH.....thanks for sharing that!

I watched a Hickok45 video where they compared a new Winchester, make in Japan, to an old original.
They made note of how the CCH color had already worn off the bottom of lever! I was surprised at that on an expensive rifle like that.
Could be that use the acid treatment on smaller parts and not sure what they use on the receivers.

Anyway I may just hold out a bit to see if Henry will offer a CCH on a side loader .357....that is my hope!

Just to show how good Tyler Gun Works is.

I had sent Tyler a note about trying to get a similar pattern to go with my new Henry CC .357. I received this note from Paige Tyler (Tyler Gun Works is owned by Bobby and Paige Tyler).

Mark,

Thank you for your order and your kind words!
I’ve got one picked out that I think will be a nice pair with the Henry! Let us know if we can do anything else to ever help! Have a blessed day!

The hawk is easy to hold and maneuver. It looks very nice. Tyler packed it good and wrappedit with plastic wrap also.

That's a good looking tomahawk. It should go well with your Henry CCH.
