Send Anthony Imperato an email directly, and explain that you have been patient, but hunting season is quickly approaching. He DOES care.

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I also found Leverevoulution 250 grain Monoflex ammo to be accurate in my 45-70 single shot, it shot to the same accuracy as 300 grain conventional soft points, 3 shot groups real close to an inch at 100 yards.

He sure does!!! I emailed him this evening and had a response within 5 minutes. To say he was upset that it has taken as long as it has is an understatement! Daniel emailed me within minutes of Mr. Imperato and I was informed that they have all my communications with them in their system and will have this resolved within 48 hours. Looking forward to having my rifle back in time for this upcoming season!BrokenolMarine wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 11:24 pmSend Anthony Imperato an email directly, and explain that you have been patient, but hunting season is quickly approaching. Told you that Anthony really does care. Reasonable is no problem, but the delay without keeping you informed, and that long delay... Anthony will make it right.Cokepelli wrote: ↑Sun Nov 17, 2019 9:30 pmHe sure does!!! I emailed him this evening and had a response within 5 minutes. Re: Long wait for service?
from all I've heard and personally seen, Anthony is dedicated to his company providing exceptional service after the sale .... I seriously doubt that we will ever hear any specifics on the rumbling that has to be going on behind the scenes .. ..

Ya there had to have been a 'sit up straight' moment for Dan to have followed up almost immediately.
