Just back from my hunting trip and it was a good one! My 44 shoots like a dream and is very quick!

Congrats! That looks like a perfectly placed shot. How far out was it and under what light conditions?

We were putting on a drive through the mountain laurel you can see in some of the pics. She came running out and ran to my left at about 50 yards. I took out the top of her heart. It happened just before 2pm weds. which was overcast and back under some pines, so lower lighting. She ran about 20 yards and bounced off a tree and fell over.
