I picked one up when I saw they were making it back in january to replace my mossberg .270 as an Elk / Deer gun. I was going to opt for the .308 orginally , but the lower recoil of the 6.5 makes it nicer for everyone while still keeping enough energy to do what it needs to do.
Threw a Leupold VR-3 3.5x10 with CDS on it. only took 3 bullets to get zero'd at 200 yards.

So far so good with it. It is wonderful to shoot and more accurate than I am. Action is very smooth. I think the 6.5 Creed is a great choice for the gun. It is a verstile round that doesn't break the bank or shoulder. The Elk and Deer don't care if the bullet has a man bun
Only complant is I do wish the action was easy to take apart to clean, but oh well.
