I love my Brass one, but my dad's case colored one is even nicer. Both shoot the same, can't go wrong with either one. However the case colored ones are hard to find right now readily available. Back ordered everywhere it seems.

I will be adding a Henry 45-70 18" to my collection in 2019.Keep your eyes open it's coming!

The brass .45-70 levergun I have isn't really needed, since I've used a Marlin Guide Gun in the caliber as an ATV gun for several years.
But.....it was too nice. :)
Thinking about chopping the barrel back a bit.
