the only thing mechanical thing I haven't liked about my Henry is, during loading the inner mag tub jamming up the rims of the ammo case rims that then kicks the lever open.
Mine too but you should have already performed the 'fix' I found for this and posted on. And keep the inner and outer tubes clean!

Yup. And it's easier to twist a jammed inner tube off a rim when it hangs up. But is still aggravating. My Rossi has never behaved like this.

Nope, tube fed. Has a load window on the outer mag tube.

Finally made it to the range. After some sight adjustments I had a 3 shot group touching each other in the bullseye at 75 yards. I’m very happy with the results!

OUTSTANDING .... no surprise but really good to hear nonetheless .... after literally 10's of thousands of rounds I had to send our Henry 44 Mat back for then to figure out an ejection issue .... sure am looking forward to getting it back .... please take a look at our How Many ? thread (link below) and add yours to our community's total
