.
The distance between the two screw holes in a screw hole pair is usually standard. The distance between the pairs is often different and why there are after market mounts like this one with multiple hole options.

Pardon me for being impatient. I was trying to get everything I needed as I waited for my rifle to arrive. It came today and clearly states in the manual that Weaver rings fit the included mounts.

CONGRATS! Interested in your first impressions and any pics you want to post. Not to mention a range report...

So far I'm impressed with the quality of fit and finish. Tomorrow I'll shoot a few rounds with the iron sights since my scope won't be here for a few more days. Gotta play with the new toy!! Lol. I didn't realize that the wood was different between the sighted model and the unsighted one. The unsighted has nicer wood in my opinion. But since I didn't know that when I ordered mine I went with the sighted model as they were the same price. I'm going to scope mine obviously and probably will never use the iron sights after tomorrow.

I wasn't aware the wood was different, either. Thought it was all "good" and how good was sort of luck of the draw, like most Henry furniture. Did someone tell you that sighted vs. unsighted LRs are built with different grades of wood?

Here's my range report. Not good. I'm extremely disappointed. Fired the very first round. Tried to cycle the action and the lever would not move. I had to stand the rifle on the ground, hold the barrel with one hand and force the lever to move with the other hand. It took almost all the poopie I had to get it to move. I fired 20 rounds. Half jammed like the first one and the other half wouldn't eject the spent casing. I had to turn the gun on it's side and shake the case out. I've contacted Henry and it's already on the big brown truck headed back to Rice Lake. I also noticed that when cycling the action with the hammer already cocked that the very tip of the hammer rubs on the bolt. That doesn't seem correct to me.

They must not sell many models like mine. I see where my test tag is dated June 28th, 2017. And my serial number is 00253.
