There are no rimfire leveractions with a loading gate.
The Ruger 96 had a rotary magazine like the 10-22.

I have 4 Henrys and a Marlin .45-70 that is a gate loader. I like being able to unload the Henrys without having to run all the rounds through the chamber. I ensure the hammer is down and load the tubes with no worries.
