As far as Henry is concerned, the steel model has a steel receiver vs a brass alloy
It looks like the comparison here is between the Big Boy Steel and Big Boy Classic (Brass finished receiver); hope I got that right.

If so, there are really three key differences - other than the receivers - 1) the barrels (BB Classic is octagon, BB Steel is round);'2) Checkering on the stocks (BB Steel is checkered, Classic isn't).

The third difference is weight, with the Classic coming in over a pound-and-a-half heavier than the Steel.

I went through all this when deciding on which Henry .357 to buy. Tradeoffs. Liked the octagon barrel, but not the weight. Wanted checkered stocks. End of debate, at least for me.
