CCH 30-30 "Heirloom"

This may be old news to most of you, but just happened across the following (see link) at Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore.

Pick your own Serial Number. Haven't dug deeply to see what other models it includes, but kinda cool.

I wish. The limited time offer expired August last year.

That's weird. It's a live webpage, as far as I can tell, not one that was in my cache. Very odd. Wouldn't be the first time a typo was online.

Would be a lot of other websites with the same typo. Found a couple other stale ads with online dealers and mention in other firearm forums from August last year reminding people to order by August 27th 2017.

Well, there ya go. Too bad, kind of a cool idea. But maybe not cool enough for them to do it again this year, huh?

when is comes to official serial numbers, Henry will work with special order customers ... we had our dealer order a BBS 357 with our grandson's first name and the year we gave him the rifle .... it instantly became a family heirloom
