You might want to look at this Henry thread for some info, "A Red dot for my new Henry," http://henryrifleforums.com/search.php? ... ow+profile

Re: Lower mount.
If you call them, let us know what they say. I'm thinking it may need some modification to fit a big boy as they are listed as available for a Henry 30-30, 45/70, .410 Rail. Henrys order page for their BB picatinny rails says "These bases will not fit Henry .30/30 or Henry .45-70 rifles as they are not Big Boy Series(pistol caliber: .44mag,.45Colt,.357mag,.41mag,.327Fed Mag) guns. For .30/30 or .45-70, you can purchase a Weaver 63 base online, or from a well stocked gun shop. We also offer a couple of options in this same web store for convenience"
I have one of the Henry BB picatinny mounts so I figured I could use it as a template to drill new mounting holes, also I would have to shorten it a little to fit my BBB, you shouldn't have to to fit your BBS.
Also, just looked at some photos of a Weaver 63b mount and unless you really need a Picatinny base, that would be a cheaper one to experiment on, don't know if the holes would line up on a BB.

Re: Lower mount.
Just heard back from RPP, they have discontinued the lower mount for the BBS. May have to get one machined.

Re: Lower mount.
I put a Weaver rail on my BBS .357 a couple years ago. I think it was a Weaver. It was listed in their look up data as fitting the Henry. The rear two holes matched up perfectly. The front hole was just a little off. A little judicial work with a chamfer tool elongated the front hole enough to allow mounting. It has been rock solid with both a red dot and a Vortex 3-9 40.
