If I recall the times I needed Henry gunsmithing services, the explanations of the return tickets were very short/concise. If not enough to explain what you need to know, I'd call them. I did that when I had the challenges of the .30-30 back in early 2014. That problem with the lever popping open during magazine ammo loading was an across-the-board problem, and Henry was busy with many requests (as they also are today). But my persistent phone calls got me all the way to the gunsmith shop manager that time! I was surprised, but finally got all info I needed.
Henry will bend over backwards to help out.

I only ran 10 rounds through, but it had zero light strikes.
The repair tag read simply, "Replaced bolt and tuned".
Whatever they did, it seemed to work.
