His range time to date. He has shot only 20 rounds of factory ammo so far, primarily Hornady. He told me at 200 yards he grouped 5 rounds in less than 1" with the POIs touching each other. Then at 300 yards his group of 5 rounds came in at less than 2". He is quite pleased with the rifle, and plans to deer hunt with it this fall.
Sure am glad he now has the centerfire Henry, and that he likes it so much. I've kind of been "nudging" him to consider a Henry for a couple of years, and glad he decided on this one. It will be fun to try out, and gather in some pointers from him, too. BTW, the scope he mounted is a Nikon, Slughunter, which he uses on his 12-gauge Benelli semi-auto s/g. Nice-looking Henry set up all around.
