I don't own any of those, but I do own two Super Blackhawks in odd calibers, 30 carbine and 357 Maximum.

I came close to the 38-55. When I bought my .375 Marlin new I wanted a 38-55 but they weren't making them then. So I got a super 38-55 ie .the Marlin chambered in .375 Win. I still have it.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Hey Al, so it looks like the sole owner of a (Henry) 38-55.
How would you say it compares to other rifles chambered in the ole cal.?
Seems I remember you having another at one time.

Ive had a couple other 38-55's but currently just have the Henry and a Marlin Cowboy 38-55. The Oliver Winchester 94 I had I sold as I made double my money on it. It would only chamber starline brass as it was thinner than the Winchester Brass and the chamber was tighter at 378. Thats about where the Henry is to. At one time I had a 1893 Marlin which I wish I had not sold to a friend of mine. He ended up selling it to Cabelas and if I had of know that I would of bought it back

The most obscure I own is a 327Federal, given the short time it has been available and the fact Henry are the only manufacturer to even offer a rifle I would hazard a guess there are even less total rifles in circulation than the 3 listed.

I have a good friend that lives just south of St Louis who owns one.
I forgot about it when I made the post.
