I sent an email to Henry some time ago with a link to my scout rail mod. Never got anything other than the auto response.

Is that a rail for the Marlins 1894/1895 CSBL's/SBL's ? I have one like that on my Marlin CSBL made by XS Sights

No. I don't think so. I modified an 1894 leverail for my BBS .44 here.....

I like, I had an XS Scout Rail with scout scope on a Marlin 1895 and it was great. I hope they will offer this for the small receiver guns (Big Boys). I want a peep/ rail combo (for a regular scope) badly for my BBX. Ranger Point Precision was supposed to be making one, but that seems to have gone nowhere. The rear sight needs to be low enough to clear the scope eyepiece. That is the hard part.

I have heard rumors (for example in the comments section of this YouTube video: Henry X Model 45-70 with XS Sights Marlin 1895 Lever Rail), which I would love to see confirmed, that the XS 308MX will fit? I have a H010G, and I’d love to get a longer eye relief scope on it!

Can anyone confirm this? Also, if it does line up, what dovetail attachment is needed at the front attachment point? Thanks!
