Took off the entry door to my shop and removed the old brick molding, rotting jamb and threshold. Replaced the jamb and rehung the door. That was a chore because I have steel bars on the inside and it weighs about 80 pounds. Have steel bars over the windows as well from when I had my jewelry store out there. Tomorrow I will install the new threshold, trim and caulk. Then new weather stripping on the overhead door. Getting ready for the cold weather so I can work out there this winter. One step at a time.
Sounds like Ya got it all planned out Ernie. Let us know how things progress.
