Good and bad news. The deal on 15 acres fell through. The good news is I’m buying all 22 which is really what I wanted. I paid a lot more for the full 22 but in the big picture it was nothing. I spent 18% of what I sold my home for in Woodinville for the home and 5 acres and now another 3% for the 22 acres.

Maybe I should change the subject to 5 plus 22 equals 27 acres.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

No she never did. Another neighbor, a dairy farmer, cuts it. Most likely I will let him cut it for me. He cuts it for free and takes the hay which is only good enough for horses. The milk cows get a better hay. By “farming” the land the taxes are almost zero. He gets inexpensive cheap hay, I save taxes and it also keeps the field from getting overgrown with brush.

Congratulations. You'll like the feeling of owning more land. I told miss Tina the only way I'm moving again is if we double the size of the acreage. :D

Both parcels were combined and recorded by the Price County Clerk today. It’s a done deal!
