89 Mbps here just now. I think I'm supposed to get much more. It works fine.

I helped my older neighbors at camp replace a broken television last week. They got cable through the box. The television was not a smart tv. The new television weighed nothing and is a smart tv. I tried to explain the smart tv and finally said to think about it like a big smart phone. They seemed to get that.

I read an article this week about a Smart TV feature that I didn't know was thing. I promptly disabled it on my new HiSense Smart TV. It's called ACR, Automatic Content Recognition.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_content_recognition#:~:text=Two%20leading%20methodologies%20for%20audio,program%20ID%2C%20and%20time%20stamp. wrote:Automatic content recognition (ACR) is a technology used to identify content played on a media device or presented within a media file. Devices with ACR can allow for the collection of content consumption information automatically at the screen or speaker level itself, without any user-based input or search efforts. This information may be collected for purposes such as personalized advertising, content recommendations, or sale to companies that aggregate customer data.

How it works
To start the process, a short media clip (audio, video, or both) is selected from within a media file or captured as displayed on a device such as a smart TV. Using techniques such as fingerprinting and watermarking, the selected content is compared by the ACR software with a database of known recorded works. If the fingerprint of the media clip finds a match, the ACR software returns the corresponding metadata regarding the media as well as other associated or recommended content back to the client application for display to the user, or for collection by the device manufacturer or a company that collects user data.

Our service is for 100Mb/100Mb down/up. Our actual typically runs 80/80 or higher. I expect some bandwidth loss over WiFi and through a 2nd router before it gets to the fiber.
I can get the highest speed when I ethernet cable connect right at the fiber modem. That's in a closet, so I don't do that for everyday use.
