Many compliments/comments have been received on the new shop. I thought I would give you a "tour" of the shop... sorta.
A panoramic view of the shop to show you where I spend the time out of the recliner, so to speak.

The pictures are taken as you walk through the "man" door and look right... then pan left. (All the pics but the very last will be a view from that spot, just inside the "man door.") I was going to post a long winded narrative, to accompany each pic. I think I'll just number the panels and if someone has a question, I'll be happy to answer them. THE covered tool in the far right corner near the drill press, best seen in panel FOUR, is a scroll saw. The overhead Air Filtration you have heard me speak of often is best seen in panel FIVE.

I'm going to build another workbench this summer, one that allows proper clamping of boards on edge for planing or mortising, and a trough in the center for tools. I will put it where the current bench is, and move that bench to the left where the folding table is now.

My dream shop isn’t that nice, I guess I need to update my dreams.

If severe storms are forecast, hurricane or whatever, I can roll everything to either side and shoehorn both trucks in by moving the ranger down to the 12x24 implement barn. Hopefully the vehicles would be better protected inside. :)
