overnight getaway

Post by Greyhawk » Sat May 09, 2020 12:05 pm

We live right on the edge of a lot of wilderness, and last week a buddy of mine from church got a couple of us together to go on a quick overnight camp to get away from all of the craziness. I had been pretty blue with my father-in-law dying and all of the virus madness around us, and I almost didn't go. But, I my wife encouraged me to do it and I am glad that I did. I hope if you are down today these pictures will cheer you up!

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Food always tastes better at the campsite! Glad you had some time off and a good time.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Looks very appealing Greyhawk. Have not done that in many years. Always loved the quiet time of camp but have got too caught up in work to take the off. This would be good therapy right now. I need to rethink my priorities. Thanks for the pictures.
