It only popped out when you were off the gas and it didn't take much effort to hold it in so I put up with it, money was tight back then and although I'm a decent backyard mechanic doing a transmission rebuild is above my mechanical skills.

Hey All,

Thinkin it's about time for some new tires. Just over 90,000 miles on the original SRAs. Yeah they are pretty close to slicks! 😁

Anyway here it is...

Apparently I can't upload from my phone and I don't put much stuff on the net. Do we have to link to a hosted photo URL - if so I'm probably out. I see no option for putting image inline selecting from my phone and see nothing on image size megabytes or dimensions. Is this info somewhere? No offense taken - this is not my site.

My 1998 Cherokee with 220,000 miles, runs great, normal maintenance. Got to have something if the lake effect cuts loose and we get buried with snow.

Tried to change picture but can't rotate or reduce.
One trick to posting pics online is to always take phone pics with the phone sideways rather than vertical. There are other factors that can cause issues but this is usually the easiest way to avoid sideways pics.

.
CHeck out photo post testing here:

In short, take your pictures with your phone orientated like below, otherwise they appear rotated or upside down when posted.

My 3 Jeeps from over the years:

β€˜05 Rubicon 6 speed manual, 4” lift and 33s. Awesome off-road. Best of the 3.

β€˜11 Rubicon auto, 3” lift and 34s. Decent off-road.

β€˜84 CJ-7 4 cyl 5 speed, 2.5” lift on 31s. 52,000 original miles. Kind of fun, but basically a crappy tractor with a windshield.
