Took the polaris 570sp to a buddies house today. We tore into it. Went to the local Oreilly auto parts sore and rented fuel pressure gauge. Did a test on the fuel pump and only got 20 psi out of it. So both of us believe the pump is shot. Ordered a new pump kit off ebay and should have it by next weekend. I will keep you posted as to the progress. 80.00 for the kit and right now I know if I would of taken it to the shop by the time this is done it would have been 500.00 easy. gotta love youtube.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

I've never had or ridden a Polaris 4-wheeler .... from casual knowledge my general impression of them has been favorable .... are fuel pump issues common with them or was yours an isolated incident

Im not sure Jim on common. But when I did research on issues with mine I did run into some threads about frequency of fuel pump issues with Polaris fuel injected 4 wheelers. I saw where a few people had put multiple pumps in theres in a short time. Seems to me there was issues with heat from the engine heating up the bottom of the gas tank.

Wow, I'm glad to be aware of that Al! Hopefully they have addressed that issue on my 2019. Have not even been able to ride it since I bought it because of a severe back injury. Have up-coming MRI, followed by surgery.
My summer has been almost half lost at this point.
