1929 Street Rod

Post by JEBar » Fri Jun 09, 2017 8:56 pm

where we are camped in Estelline. SD today, one of my wife's long time friends and her husband came by for a visit .... they were driving a street rod on which he did all the mechanical work (had someone else do the paint, interior and convertible top) .... the body stared out as a 2 door 1929 Ford .... the motor a 1961 GM aluminum 215, which was bored out and completely rebuilt .... everything else was custom made for the vehicle .... the fellow worked on it over several South Dakota several winters .... he drives it in local parades and for joy rides with is wife
