Yes. Actually it was in the town of Elizabethton, TN, but I said JC because I don't think many would identify with Elizabethton. They still had 3 more boxes that I seen.Neon Horse wrote:TN?

Sweet. I'm about an hour away. Good to know ammo is around for a decent price.

Good hunting. They had 100 rd boxes of the same ammo for under 7 bucks. This place rarely has .22 lr ammo. Thursday must be the day.Neon Horse wrote:Sweet. I'm about an hour away. Good to know ammo is around for a decent price.

It's a good sign if Walmart is starting to get more 22LR in their stores...

Re: 333 Rounds .22lr
I bought a couple of boxes of the Winchester 333 a couple months ago. Just finished shooting my first box yesterday. Had quite a few "fail to fires". I was shooting a DA revolver, and I would rotate the bullet in the cylinder and try again. Sometimes they would fire but had quite a few that had 5 or 6 firing pin marks and still never fired.
Hope you have better luck with your purchase.

^^^^ 80 rounds into the box, and nothing but pure pleasure. Pretty darn accurate as well. It puts a big grin on my face when I shoot this Silverboy.
