Just another Henry customer service comment

So recently I was getting my Henry Big Boy 357 out of the case. My 006M model. The case slipped in my hand and I dropped the gun on the butt. It put a dent in the brass butt plate hitting hard on the concrete. Upon further inspection I saw a crack in the stock. So I called up Henry talked to Tia told her what happened and Id like to buy another butt stock. She wasnt having any of that and proceeded to tell me she would send one out free of charge. Cant say enough good about this company. Even when its not there fault they fix it. Thanks Henry for replacing my stock. Maybe some of there workers look at our site

I ordered a scope mount on a Monday or Tuesday and had it in my hand by Saturday. Excellent cross country service. Thanks Henry.

And yet I couldn't get them to do anything about the trigger plate on my new AW that was almost an 1/8" higher on one side over the other. Told me that was in their tolerance level. With today's computer controlled cnc machines an eyelash too high is not acceptable,oh well. Good luck with the new parts

I hear your frustration, bosleydog, and if it were my rifle, I might feel the same. So, please call CS and tell them that you are not satisfied with your rifle as it is; that you think it should be re-worked and if they don't improve the fit of the components, you would like a refund. You will get one or the other... guaranteed. Let us know how you make out.
