Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Well that is not much of a change, not a fan of big levers but I could live with that.

Looks like it should've been on it from the start.

Looks good Al.

we have large loop levers on all of our Henry rifles .... Al, I've come to really like the looks of the all weather rifles and your large loop install really sets it off .... if I was still hunting, I'd buy an all weather model and, like yours, install a large loop .... the only question is I'm just not sure what caliber

In your case one of each Jim . I tend to like the pistol grip alot. But one in 44 and one in 45-70. If I was to buy a 44 mag Henry I know it would be an AW 44

I'd sure like to go on a hunt for a critter that I needed a 45-70 .. 8-) .. that would really be something .... a 44 Mag has proven to be more than capable black bear, boar, and deer found in our part of the country .... other than 22LR's, I've never owned 2 rifles of the same caliber .... I'd love to have a CCH 44 Mag but our BBS is such a great shooter that I simply won't buy another 44 Mag
