Well i didn't get a email , but checked the case online and it shows a return tracking number . Not able to track it yet , but it should be on its way home . Hopefully everything is fixed and works lol ...... winter and -degree weather is coming pretty soon

Absolutely nothing other than a tracking number lol ..... the track your guns progess and get updates sounds awesome, but pretty much is a false statement. But im not gripping as i feel that they took care of it pretty quick , about 1 1/2 weeks at there facility isn't to bad . Now hopefully all is good with it , when it shows up !!

That was my experience too. I sent them feedback about that after I got mine back. Didn't hear back. If you care to, check it again in a few days.

I usually get Ups ground in 3 days , most of the time it goes to the closet big hub and on the first flight to Anchorage Alaska . But its a crap shoot shipping from Alaska outbound , no telling where that first plane is headed for when leaving here lol
