Email from the president

Post by Bad Bob » Tue Sep 17, 2019 6:59 pm

Today, I received an Email from Mr. Imperato. He indicated that Emails that I sent him were found in his spam file and asked if my Q.C. issues had been resolved. (See my post "Twice" in this segment)
FWIW, someone at Henry is watching his back and sending me responses with his signature.
My trigger pull issue was solved and he sent some comp items that I received.
I sent him another thank you note and hope THIS one gets to him personally.

I am extremely happy with the support I received from Henry and plan on buying more Henry rifles...

Bob,
I'm glad he was able to respond to you. As far as I know, he still answers his own email. I'm not sure it's same day anymore. Thank you for sharing it here with us.

I emailed Mr. Imperato last Sunday praising his company and products. He sent me a personal email the next day thanking me for my comments. Then I got an email from a lady at Henry asking for my address. Henry sent me a complimentary package, which I got 3 days later containing a hat, metal wall sign and an embroidered patch! The hat was a real surprize since it alone retails for $21.00 on their website. I'm a Henry customer for life!

I've posted this before, somewhere on here, but I had a very similar experience with Mr. Impearto.
I emailed him to,
1) Thank him for producing a lever gun in .327 Federal magnum
2) To tell him I had won the Henry American Eagle here on the Henry Rifle Forums
3) To compliment him on his idea of customer service.

I had originally emailed him when I first learned the .327's were actually being made and told him I was determined to buy one of the first run guns.
He emailed back the next day with contact info. for a very nice lady named Dee, who would act as my advocate to ensure my wishes were met.

Dee helped me order and aided in shipping factory direct to my local dealer BEFORE Lipsey's even had them!
My new rifle bears a serial number below 000120.

When I sent the complimentary email I was also rewarded with swag.
I received a "Hunt with a Henry" ballcap, and a "Hunt with a Henry" polo shirt, a Henry knit cap, and decals.

I bought my first Henry used. It is a .22lr H001 plain-Jane, but I like it.
My second Henry came as a prize from the "Wall of guns" at my local FNRA banquet.
This was a raffle, and my Henry Frontier .22wmr cost me all of $20!
Next was the .327, and it hasn't stopped...

Hello, my name is Derf, and I'm a Henry fan.
