Henry entered the centerfire rifle market in 2001, when it introduced the Big Boy short lever action for magnum revolver cartridges. The original Big Boy, now called the Classic, comes chambered in .44 Magnum/.44 Special, .45 Colt and .357 Magnum/.38 Special. They feature hardened brass receivers with brass butt plates and barrel bands and are supplied with 20 inch octagon barrels. These beautiful rifles weigh 8.68 pounds and are priced at $900.

Looks like 18 years.
Found on the internet, so it has to be true.

As long as we're talking history and what/where, I noticed above a comment about centerfire production being moved to Rice Lake.

I have a 45 Colt brass carbine that was made in Sept, 2018 that came out of Bayonne (as did my SGC 22LR).

Can anyone confirm what is made in Bayonne other than rimfires and (apparently) the 45 Colt line?

Is the location based on material? I have two Brass Big Boys from 2018, one of which is a .41 magnum and they are both made in Bayonne

You may be onto something. Do all the brass models come out of NJ and steel models come out of WI?

Anybody have a brass something-or-other that was made in Rice Lake?

Shore would be nice, Pardners, if DanAtHenry contributed to this thread.
He'd have some good history for us, as well as how the two Henry shops currently operate.

I suspect if he has anything to do with quality control/customer service he might be spread pretty thin reviewing other websites & forums for owner input and information.

.
According to these older press releases the steel center fires are made at Rice Lake along with parts for the NJ factory rifles too.
So seems the brass models are exclusive to NJ, but NJ also seems to make steel as well.
