.
[Update] Friday Jan 04. Had errands over in another part of town and since I was there, dropped off additional packages at a UPS store in that area. Clerk in that store did not ask.

[Original]Jan 02.
I can see and appreciate that. Though weren't the recent malicious stuff anonymously prepaid drop offs?

I forgot about the new more recent Li-Ion battery shipping requirements. So definitely clerks must ask.

The last time I shipped reloads to PT7 in MO from the UPS Customer Service Center in CT, the clerk had me open the package for inspection, even though I declared the contents. No problem; just a precaution because of recent malicious packages in the pipeline. She then sealed it up and sent it off. They're on the front lines; I was happy to comply.

Update here from henry they received my 357 Big Boy on Monday and its logged in to be worked on. I also called them today to give them a different return address because I know it will come back with signature required. They called me back in 30 minutes took the info and will send it to my work address. More news when I have it.

Another update. I just check the status of my 357 BBB. Its been repaired and I dont know what was done as it doesnt say. But its on its way back to me and should be here by the 17th. They received it on the 7th and I have it back on the 17th. I dont know that you could ask for any better customer service than that. Sure I wish I would have not ever had to do this but its also nice knowing if something goes wrong Henry has youre back.

Just got my BBB 357 back from Henry today. Its 2 days early according to the shipping label I had checked. So they received it on the 7th and I have it back on the 15th. That's pretty quick service. I can see they replaced the entire guts of the rifle including the bolt. Im still at work but the action cycles as smooth as glass. When I get home tonight I will check it out with some dummy rounds but Im confident from the way it cycled when I unboxed it that there wont be any issues.

Gotta love a happy ending, despite the initial disappointment and minor hassle. Very good turnaround time and it sounds like they left no stone unturned in making it good as new.
Look forward to a post-repair range report!
Congrats and thanks for sharing!

It cycles the dummy rounds with ease. Now for the range test. Not sure when that will be depends on the weather. This weekend isnt looking promising.
