Thanks for the feedback all. Sometimes, I use BBB to checkout businesses I am not familiar with. I guess it can be like some of these sites. People with issues complain or vent and enthusiast praise. As my dad would say, you have to take the good with the bad and go from there. I prefer to inspect first, and I am in no hurry. I guess I am more or less window shopping. I figure, I will come across a deal that I may like one day.

When I was stalking my 30-30CCH at Tombstone, I initiated some dialogue via their "Contact Us" link and had numerous email exchanges with one of their salespeople ("George," as I recall). He explained very clearly and patiently how their pricing can fluctuate depending on which distributor any given model might be sourced through, shipping details, etc.

All the way through, it was very professional, informative and accommodating. No pressure, no hassle.

Then, once I placed my order, I ended up dealing with another service rep on the exact shipping process, and same outcome. Like I said, my rifle went from AZ to KC in 2 days.

Drop an inquiry and see how they deal with you.
