Jim
Thanks for your service first of all and I wish you nothing but the best of health in the coming years so you can enjoy that 1860 that you so much deserve. Life is short if you can afford it by all means go for it. Al

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

That is one gorgeous rifle. The first time you travel back to 1860 at the range, look me up and we'll do some shootin'.

Jim,

Congratulations, that is a beautiful rifle. Thanks for your service. Sorry to hear about your disability. As you said, money isn't everything, so spend it as you wish.

Thanks for sharing those great photographs.

RanchRoper,no problem but it is a long ride to my place. I will have the coffee on when you get here. LOL Your always welcome.

That is one beautiful rifle. Congrats
I have always admired these and the Uberti's.
I think this year I will add one or the other of these to my stable.
Yeahup, I believe this will be the year.

That stock IS gorgeous... I would love to add the 1860 to my collection, but I have stopped buying for a while. (Gasp)

I will keep everyone up on how well it shoots as soon as the weather gets nice. I don't do the bad weather thing so good anymore. It may be March or April before I get it out. I have already stocked up on 200 rounds to play with.
