Re: Bowed Hammer Extender
Thanks JEBar. I'll give it a try, but the blue loctite that I am using is a step up in adhesion/holding power over the purple. I'm reluctant to use red loctite because I'd need to heat it to 550 F to remove it and I'm uncomfortable doing that so close to the scope and I don't want to remove the scope often.
Thanks again - I have some on hand and will give it a try.

the Purple is specifically designed for small screws and at least so far, has held the screws I've used it with while allowing them to be removed

Purple locktite is a little hard to find gut I use it a lot on my smaller screws. I have never used blue loctite but have had excellent results with the purple.

I agree with the purple locktite. I use it as well. Yes, not always easy to find, however, good stuff. I got mine on Amazon.

I put the Grovetec on my H010 45/70. Haven't had any issues so far.

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.
