Anyone here tried the skinner rear sight on there Single shot yet? Curious if you needed to change the front sight height

Hey Al - I put a Low-Pro rear/Lyman Globe front setup on a 44Mag Single. The Lyman Globe was .404". I would think due to the barrel profile on a Henry Single that if you went with the Skinner sight that they advertise for the Henry singles you would probably need to add a much taller front sight - I think that's why they also offer their "Dovetail Attached Ramp" front sight....

Thanks Tad at this point Im in a thought process with the single shot. The red dot on her now is okay. Just need to shoot it more to see if the skinner sight interest me enough to take off the red dot.
