Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Thanks and good shooting,

Thanks for the great reception and info on the 357 SS. I will surely keep the board informed of my experience and send a pic or two.

Welcome to the forum from CT, Dave. Congratulations on your new rifle and your improved trigger spring. :)
In my .357s, I prefer 158 grain JSP or JHP bullets. I look forward to your range reports and what you find best for yours. Glad you joined us.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. My 357 arrived today. It is BEAUTIFUL!! Tad was kindenough to ship a Grander spring to me. It arrived today. Tomorrow will be first shot day. Can hardly wait. Pics are attached but they do not do justice to the wood figure and fit. Fine rifle, great price and all made in USA. Until I have a shooting report, good shooting.

That is a nice looking rifle! It even appears that the forearm shares the figure of the stock. Congrats on winning the wood lottery with that one.

BEAUTIFUL woodstocks, congrats! "Wood lottery" is perfect and exactly what you've won.

Please keep us posted on your first range outing. There are a few of us lurking out here, pondering a SS in one caliber or another.

357 is a great round, so have fun and let us know!
