To start out this thread, I moved a part of BigAl's post from my Range Report for the 1873 Stallion .22LR revolver.

I was fortunate enough to find a good holster for my Russian Top Break, which I "discovered" works for this 1873 Stallion, too. http://henryrifleforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5408

Duh, I'm kind of slow on the take lately. Getting my 1890 Police ready for my next range outing, I've found this is the third revolver that fits in the same holster! The Police revolver is the same size as the Stallion with only a little wider cylinder. It works great! So with my holster needs good-to-go, I'm looking for a strong and quality holster belt now.

I have two Cartthart leather belts that I've used to holster carry. But my favorite one of the two is becoming pretty "weary" and has a definite sag with the weight of the revolver. All of these Uberti revolvers have good weight to them at 2.5 lbs. or so. I'm trying to find a stronger belt, and found this one at Bigfoot Gunbelts: http://gunbelts.com/gun-belt-1-5-wide-l ... -oz#review
First one I've liked in my belt hunting so far. If there is any interest down-the-road, I'll post what I finally get. Or if anyone has a belt they use/like, I wouldn't mind looking at it. Thanks, Henry Folk.

I have two of these "Genuine One Piece Full Grain Vintage Buffalo Leather Belt Strap" and they've been very sturdy and are quite a bit less expensive than the belt you're considering. You will need a buckle, though. I bought these because I could change the buckles whenever I wanted a different look.

Thanks PT Im looking for a belt that will hold bullets to. Not many people make them in 22. Im going to contact Mark at Longhorn leather to see if he might make one. I know those little 22 cal loops are probably a pain to do.

I too am looking for a new gunbelt as the one I am using has about had it! I have heard some good things about the Bigfoot gunbelts and the price is not bad however the one I am currently using I want to say (if memory serves) I found it of all places at my local Target store! Its a double layer with an insert for rigidity. I do recall it was not in the outdoor or sporting goods area but just hanging with all the other belts in the clothing section. I'll go there this coming week and take a look and see if I can find another.

I use a belt and holster from Shot Gun Lilli (real name) from Amazon. If you are looking for a conceal carry belt, I recommend a Trakline reinforced belt from Kore Essentials. Best belt I've ever owned.
