Sling swivels

I hope im posting in the right place. On the Henry site there is a swivel set. There is the standard wood screw attachment for the stock but I can't figure out the other mount. It appears to go around the loading tube. Is this correct?

It appears to go around the loading tube. Is this correct?
Didn't see it but yes, this is a typical mount for tube feed rifles.

That is correct - two halves that are bolted together and clamp on to the outer loading tube.
