You could put wheels on it like mine to pop on or off in 5 seconds if you need wheels to keep your sled outstanding look...
Hi Gunrunner, Thanks! When I originally decided to build a dog sled gun cart, I planned on putting wheels between the runners. Depending on how easily it moves and pulls will determine if I need wheels. I'm going to field test it at a few events, then decide. I like your idea on removable wheels.
I've been a SASS member since 1996.

Gunrunner, You build a very nice gun cart.

Very nice cart. Great persona outfit too. I think the wheels will need to go on as weight increases.
I like tgr's cart too.
Any interest in a SASS section on the forum?
I have always wished I could join and participate, but this is as close as I got. No time for participation.
I was at the taping of the show that Harper Creigh was featured on at Gun Gurus. He is a class gentleman. The other man was the curator of a museum, I think at Springfield Armory.

The wheels might need to go on. I'll know for sure after field testing. If I had my druthers, I would really like to go with no wheels.
I don't know how many SASS shooter are on this site.
I know Phil Schreier, he is the Senior Curator at the NRA Museums.

I was the man behind the camera. Phil is on the right, Jim Supica is on the left, Harper Creigh and the fellow from the museum who's name escapes me.
